This is a strength-based practice where the physical asana of Yoga meets the science of Functional Range Conditioning and kinetic stretching. Flows will be created around giving specific directional messages to tissue to train the joints and the nervous system to expand our range of motion.
** Open to all levels, but some familiarity with Yoga is helpful. If you have any physical limitations or concerns about working in a group, please contact me before signing up.
