This dynamic yoga practice intuitively blends primal movement with cardio bursts and vibration to tone the body - physical + spiritual. A movement practice that transforms the body from the inside out. We dig into the postural roots of yoga to expand + evolve our practice. You can expect workouts that build up gradually in duration and intensity. In addition to beginner modification options, I will ensure proper physical alignment through clear, concise cueing.
