Yoga RX: Addressing Pain, Weakness, Stability, & Range of Motion
Each workshop will incorporate the therapeutic application of gentle, restorative yoga, stability work that strengthens core muscles of the spine, shoulders, and hips, and myofascial release techniques to reduce pain and increase range of motion. Handouts will be provided that highlight some of the work covered during in-class sessions for participants to use as homework and to continue their practice after the workshop ends. This series is a great adjunct to the yoga practice for those with injuries or restrictions.
