Breathing is the basis of life, yet rarely are we taught to breathe well. In this class, we will experience the physical aspects of breathing fully, and techniques to use the breath to balance energy and to reduce stress and recharge. Breath practice sets the stage for clearing the mind and turning attention inward for meditation. The class will end with concentration and meditation. Beginner friendly.
