You’ll experience a healthy dose of foam rolling to get your body prepped, followed by any number of functional movements to create healthy and mobile ranges for your joints. As Lisa is the only certified Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist in Hampton Roads, FRC movements are introduced which support athletic performance, joint health and injury prevention. Any range of abilities can attend this class - modifications are always available - and Lisa is especially attentive to corrective assistance to ensure you’re getting the most out of your movement practice. The whole experience is inviting and fun, and combined with the group that gathers for this every Tuesday, you’ll usually leave with a smile on your face and a little more freedom of movement than when you started."
