Gentle/Restorative with Diane


This class begins with creating an even & deep breath in order to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system. Students engage in long held stretches & postures (supported by props) while maintaining clear bodily alignment. The result is a deep release & lengthening of the muscles, while cultivating a relaxed & quiet state. A great class for those healing from injury, athletes seeking bodily recovery & repair, & those looking to reduce the effects of stress.  Appropriate for Beginners.
