Interactive Foam Rolling Workshop with Lisa

Self-myofascial release (SMR) is a technique that can be used to aid in the recovery of muscles that are prone to being overactive. It is really just a fancy term for self-massage. Foam rolling is a specific SMR technique that has gone from a once mysterious technique used only by professional athletes, coaches, and therapists to a familiar everyday practice for anyone.

In this workshop, Lisa will pull from her 20 years experience in body work, as a strength & conditioning coach and yoga faciliator to share with you some of the ways having and using a foam roller can help you take care of YOU!
